Justin Johnson

Owner

With nearly 20 years of Residential and Commercial construction and remodeling experience, Justin’s attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service sets the bar high at Reliable Glass and Stone. He is homegrown from North Carolina and a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.

In his spare time, you can find him cooking in his outdoor kitchen. He is either smoking a pork shoulder, baking a wood fired pizza, or searing the perfect ribeye. Still trying to master the brisket.

Eric

Commercial Project Manager

With 18 years of experience, Eric oversees all glass and stone production and installation for commercial and residential projects. He brings a versatile background and breadth of knowledge of all glass and stone applications. Eric is constantly perusing information and new challenges for himself and our team of expert installers, providing technical support, project solutions, and a standard of excellence.

In his free time, Eric enjoys travelling with his family and working on cars. You’ll also find him grill-side at our team bonding events.

Chelsea

Director of Product Development

Chelsea has spent her career seeking insight driven and innovative solutions. She brings 11 years of account management experience in the building industry spanning from small business to Fortune 500 companies. At RGS, Chelsea cultivates team and partner relationships to deliver strong results for all aspects of products and services.

Chelsea spends any free time with her family and friends making memories – mostly centered around good eats and laughs.

Alex

Residential Project Manager

Alex is focused on providing quality craftsmanship and customer experience for residential homeowners. His 13 years as a glass mechanic and installer has elevated him to management. Alex ensures each project exceeds timeline and communication expectations. The majority of Alex’s career has been spent with Commercial Project Manager, Eric, providing consistency across departments.

Away from work, Alex spends his time learning about new technology.

Jared

Comercial Technician

Jared is the newest RGS team member supporting the installation team. We rely on Jared to safely deliver large, fragile materials to jobsites, and he has quickly accelerated to installations. Jared appreciates the opportunity to accumulate skills and goes above and beyond to expedite his training.

Jared is an avid soccer fan and player.
