Common questions

What homeowners ask first.

Quick answers about measurements, timelines, glass options, and service areas.

How long does a typical shower glass installation take?

Most installations are completed in a single visit of 2–4 hours once the glass is fabricated. The full timeline from measurement to installed glass usually runs 1–2 weeks, depending on hardware and glass options.

Do you handle the measurement, or do I send you dimensions?

We measure every job in person. Shower openings are rarely perfectly square, and a custom-fit enclosure depends on accurate field measurements — not numbers from a tape measure or a contractor's drawing.

What's the difference between frameless and semi-frameless?

Frameless enclosures use thicker tempered glass (typically 3/8") held by minimal hinges and clips, with no metal channel around the glass. Semi-frameless uses thinner glass set into a slim metal frame on some edges. Semi-frameless is less expensive up front but less durable over time.
